HYDROLOGIC OUTLOOK
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SEATTLE WA

...Heavy Rainfall will Give a Threat of Flooding to Portions of
Western Washington Wednesday or Thursday...

Some lowland flooding is possible at times Wednesday afternoon
through Thursday morning as a period of heavy rain hits the
lowlands of Western Washington. Drainage is likely to be poor due
falling leaves blocking drains. The most likely locations to see
some flooding are low spots on the roadways and underpasses.

The threat of river flooding has decreased. At this time it
appears that only the Skokomish River in Mason County has any
threat of flooding, and the threat there is low.

Please continue to monitor latest forecasts since conditions can
change.
