URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL AND FAR NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN...

.Low pressure will move through southern Wisconsin Monday
afternoon and evening. This system is expected to bring heavy snow
to north central and far northeast Wisconsin. Mixed precipitation
will result in less snowfall farther south. Some minor ice
accumulations will be possible across all but far northern
Wisconsin.

Hazardous travel is expected Monday into Monday night, so
motorists should plan accordingly.

...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH
MONDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow is possible. Light freezing rain or freezing
  drizzle is also possible at times. Plan on difficult travel
  conditions, including during the evening commute on Monday.
  Total snow accumulations of 6 to 10 inches and ice
  accumulations of a light glaze are possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and northeast
  Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Monday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant reductions in visibility are
  possible.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

Areas of fog late tonight may restrict visibilities for motorists.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Saturday

Areas of fog may restrict visibilities for motorists through mid
morning on Sunday.

A winter storm is expected to impact the region from late Sunday
night through Monday night, resulting in hazardous travel conditions.
Heavy snow appears likely over much of north central and far northeast
Wisconsin, especially north of a line from Wausau to Mountain to
Crivitz, where a winter storm watch has been posted. A wintry mix
of precipitation will result in less snow accumulations farther
south. Minor ice accumulations will be possible. Persons with
travel plans should monitor the latest information from the
National Weather Service.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are asked to report snowfall amounts or any occurrence
of freezing rain from Sunday night through Monday night.
