...BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW LIKELY TO CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS WEDNESDAY...

Southwest winds will increase during the day Wednesday, with 20 to
30 mph gusts expected during the afternoon. The gusty winds will
result in some blowing and drifting of the recently fallen snow.
The worst conditions are likely to occur in the lakeshore
counties, since of that area received 10 to 20 inches of snow on
Sunday night and Monday. Be sure to plan accordingly, as travel
through open areas near Lake Michigan could become especially
difficult.
