This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Hazardous travel is likely over parts of the area tonight as a
winter storm system moves quickly across the area. 4 to 7 inches
of snow could fall in Vilas and Oneida counties, with 3 to 5
inches of snow mixed with sleet and freezing rain northwest of a
Marshfield to Wausaukee line. The Fox Valley and lakeshore
counties will receive mostly rain, but some mixed precipitation is
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Saturday

Southwest to west winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph are
anticipated on Sunday. Some gusts could reach 45 mph along the
Lake Michigan shoreline. Strong wind gusts may also knock over
fishing shanties on area lakes, including Lake Winnebago.

A storm system that is expected to impact the area late Wednesday
night into Thursday evening may bring accumulating snow or a
wintry mix, but exact timing, precipitation type, and totals
remain uncertain.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are requested to forward snow and ice measurements to the
National Weather Service tonight.
