This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Hazardous travel difficulties due to wintry precipitation will
continue early this morning. The precipitation will end from
southwest to northeast by mid morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

A potentially stronger system is forecast to bring a second round
of wintry weather to the region Saturday afternoon into Sunday
morning. There continues to be some uncertainty as to the eventual
track of this system which would impact precipitation types and
snow accumulations. However, current indications are that the
heaviest snow from the storm will affect northwest Wisconsin, and
may also brush through north-central Wisconsin. The remainder of
the area is most likely to see a wintry mix at the onset, then
have the precipitation change to mainly rain and drizzle. The
storm is also likely to generate strong winds.

Anyone with travel plans this weekend, especially over the
northwest half of Wisconsin, should closely monitor later
forecasts and statements.

Spotters are requested to forward snow and ice measurements to the
National Weather Service in Green Bay.
