URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Wet snow tonight with slippery roadways possible into Tuesday
morning...

.Rain will change to snow late tonight, with total accumulations
of 1 to 3 inches expected. Slippery conditions are possible due
to the heavy wet nature of the snow. A period of moderate snow is
also possible, reducing visibility for a time. Use caution while
traveling tonight into Tuesday morning.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO
10 AM CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions,
  including during the morning commute on Tuesday. Total snow
  accumulations of one to three inches are expected. A period of
  moderate snow may also occur, reducing visibility for a time.

* WHERE...Portions of south central Wisconsin and southeast
  Wisconsin.

* WHEN...11 PM today to 10 AM Tuesday. Snow will begin after 11 PM
  and end early Tuesday morning. Travel impacts may linger into
  late Tuesday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central
Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

There is a chance of thunderstorms late this afternoon and
evening.

Rain will change to snow west to east late this evening and early
tonight. Amounts will generally be an inch or less, except for in
the southeast forecast area where 1 to 3 inches are possible. A
Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for this area.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Monday

The combination of wet snow and colder temperatures will likely
result in slippery roads for the Tuesday morning commute,
especially in the southeast forecast area.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed, though snowfall reports are
appreciated.
