This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Kentucky, southeast
Ohio, southwest Virginia and much of West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Areas of dense fog this morning across the forecast area with
visibilities at or below a quarter of a mile in spots. Areas that
received the most rainfall yesterday afternoon can expect the lowest
visibilities. Fog should lift and dissipate by 9am today. Caution
should be used when traveling this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Another slow-moving system will bring more widespread shower and
thunderstorm activity later Friday through Saturday. Localized water
issues may again develop as a result.

...Areas of Fog This Morning...

Fog has formed across the forecast area and will be locally dense
with visibilities at or below a quarter of a mile in spots. Areas
that received a decent amount rainfall this past afternoon can
expect the lowest visibilities. Fog is expected to dissipate for
most areas by 8am or 9am today.

Motorists should use caution and be prepared for sudden changes
in visibility. Keep greater distance between vehicles, use low
beam headlights, and allow more time to reach your destination
safely.
