WITH THE EXCEPTION OF GARRETT COUNTY.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR AREAS WEST OF THE
ALLEGHENY FRONT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY CONTINUES THROUGH WEDNESDAY
FOR LOCATIONS ALONG AND WEST OF THE ALLEGHENY FRONT.

A NEW ROUND OF SNOW SHOWERS AND SQUALLS IS LIKELY FRIDAY NIGHT AND
SATURDAY WITH THE PASSAGE OF AN ARCTIC FRONT. NEW WINTER WEATHER
ADVISORIES MAY BE REQUIRED WEST OF THE ALLEGHENY FRONT.

WIND CHILL VALUES BELOW MINUS TEN ARE LIKELY AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS
WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY. THE LOWEST VALUES ARE EXPECTED
SATURDAY NIGHT WHEN VALUES LOOK TO BE WELL BELOW ZERO ACROSS THE
OUTLOOKS AREA AND POSSIBLY BELOW MINUS 20 AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY. LIGHT SNOW WILL
  CONTINUE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS AND TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS.

* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...GENERALLY IN THE TEENS.
