for the following rivers in Nevada...

  Humboldt River At Comus affecting Humboldt County.

For the Lower Humboldt...including Comus...elevated river levels are
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SNOWMELT IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON UNTIL
FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by seasonal snowmelt.

* WHERE...Humboldt River at Comus.

* WHEN...From this afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 8.5 feet, Monitoring Stage. Some very minor flooding
  occurs at scattered locations along the reach. No flooding occurs
  in Winnemucca.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:15 PM PDT Tuesday the stage was 8.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady below flood
    stage at 8.4 feet.
  - Action stage is 8.5 feet.
  - Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
