...The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston TX has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County.

  West Fork San Jacinto near Humble affecting Montgomery and Harris
  Counties.

...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity for the
following rivers in Texas...

  Trinity River at Riverside affecting Walker, Trinity, Polk and
  San Jacinto Counties.

For the Trinity River...including Riverside, Liberty, Moss Bluff...
Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the West Fork San Jacinto River...including Humble...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...West Fork San Jacinto near Humble.

* WHEN...From this evening to Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 49.3 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins in the
  vicinity of the gauge. North side turnaround at US 59 begins to
  flood. Low points on Thelma Road, Aqua Vista Drive, and Riverview
  Drive begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 48.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 45.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening to a crest of 49.6 feet just after midnight
    tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 49.3 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    49.6 feet on 03/13/2015.

Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Tres Palacios River near Midfield affecting Wharton and Matagorda
  Counties.

  San Bernard River near Boling affecting Wharton, Fort Bend and
  Brazoria Counties.

  East Mustang Creek near Louise affecting Wharton and Jackson
  Counties.

For the Tres Palacios River...including Midfield...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the East Mustang Creek...including Louise...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO EARLY MONDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...San Bernard River near Boling.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins upstream
  from gage. Minor backwater flooding up Peach Creek in Wharton
  County threatens low lying areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 13.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage just after
    midnight tonight to 20.4 feet tomorrow evening. It will then
    fall below flood stage early Sunday afternoon to 15.5 feet
    early Monday afternoon. It will rise to 17.4 feet Tuesday
    evening. It will then fall again and remain below flood
    stage.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    20.5 feet on 02/19/2012.
