* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 6 to 9 ft at 11 seconds. For the
  Hazardous Seas Watch, north winds 20 to 30 kt with occasional
  gusts to 40 kt and very steep and hazardous seas 9 to 13 ft at
  12 seconds possible.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT Tuesday.
  Winds and seas will briefly decrease Monday night before
  increasing again early Tuesday morning. For the Hazardous Seas
  Watch, from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossing could become especially hazardous.

  gusts to 40 kt and very steep and hazardous seas 7 to 11 ft at
  12 seconds possible.

* WHERE...The Small Craft Advisory exists for most areas. The
  Hazardous Seas Watch will is for areas beyond 5 NM from shore
  except beyond 2 NM near Gold Beach and Pistol River.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 AM PDT Wednesday.
  For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT Tuesday. Winds and
  seas will briefly decrease Monday night before increasing again
  early Tuesday morning. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, from
  Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning.

* WHERE...Pt St George to Cape Mendocino 10 to 60 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 3 AM PDT Wednesday.
  For the Gale Watch, from late Tuesday night through late
  Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
