  THURSDAY.

* TIMING...AT HIGH TIDE TONIGHT...THEN FOR A FEW HOURS AROUND
  HIGH TIDE THURSDAY. COASTAL FLOODING MAY INTENSIFY EACH DAY INTO
  THE WEEKEND.

* EXPECTED IMPACTS...MINOR INUNDATION OF LOW LYING SHORELINE.
