THURSDAY. WINDS WILL RAPIDLY BECOME NORTH BEHIND THE FRONT. GALE
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OVER MUCH OF THE WATERS WITH SMALL CRAFT
CONDITIONS OVER THE NEUSE/PAMLICO RIVERS. SEAS WILL PEAK IN THE
8 TO 13 FOOT RANGE THURSDAY EVENING. A WARM MOIST AIRMASS FLOWING
NORTHEAST OVER THE WATERS AHEAD OF THE FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO
