  WORCESTER COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MARYLAND...
  SOUTHEASTERN WICOMICO COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MARYLAND...

* UNTIL 345 PM EDT

* AT 1243 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN...WHICH WILL CAUSE FLOODING. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN
  HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  POCOMOKE CITY...SNOW HILL...NEWARK...WEST POCOMOKE...MOUNT WESLEY...
  WHITESBURG...STOCKTON...BOXIRON...CEDARTOWN...PUBLIC LANDING...
  GIRDLETREE...WHITON...POWELLVILLE...IRONSHIRE...LONGRIDGE AND
  GOODWILL.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
WARNED AREA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...FARMLAND...AND OTHER LOW LYING

AT 1137 AM EDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING
ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES, AND LOCALLY UP TO 5 INCHES, IN
THE PAST 6 HOURS. LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTS NUMEROUS RURAL AND
SECONDARY ROADS IN WESTERN WICOMICO COUNTY ARE INUNDATED WITH WATER.
