  KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE 9 FEET
  WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 13 FEET POSSIBLE.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS ARE EXPECTED AROUND 11 AM EST
  TUESDAY WITH THE LARGEST WAVES EXPECTED AROUND 12 PM EST
  TUESDAY.
