The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Gale
Warning, which is in effect from 6 AM to 9 PM CST Sunday. A Small
Craft Advisory has also been issued. This Small Craft Advisory is
in effect from 6 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Sunday. The Gale
Watch is no longer in effect.

* WINDS...East wind increasing to 25 knots this evening, veering
  south after midnight. Southwest gales to 35 knots are expected
  Sunday with gusts to 40 knots.

* WAVES...Building to 5 to 8 feet tonight on ice free areas.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds around 35 knots or greater are
expected.  Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels.  It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds over 20 knots or
waves greater than 4 feet are expected to produce hazardous
conditions to small craft.  Inexperienced mariners, especially
those operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
conditions.

Gale Warning...which is in effect from 6 AM to 6 PM CST Sunday. A
Small Craft Advisory has also been issued. This Small Craft
Advisory is in effect from 6 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Sunday.
The Gale Watch is no longer in effect.

* WINDS: Easterly 15 to 20 knots, with gusts to 30 knots this
  evening, then becoming southeasterly 15 to 20 knots with gusts
  to 30 knots around midnight.

  Winds then become westerly 25 to 30 knots gusting to gales of
  35 to 40 knots around daybreak Sunday. Gale force gusts
  continue into Sunday afternoon.

* WAVES: 3 to 5 feet early this evening building to 5 to 9 feet
  late evening to around midnight. Some waves to around 10 feet
  expected north of Port Washington late tonight. Waves then
  diminish to 2 to 4 feet Sunday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occuring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
