  LAKE SUPERIOR EAST OF A LINE FROM MANITOU ISLAND TO MARQUETTE MI
  AND WEST OF A LINE FROM GRAND MARAIS MI TO THE US/CANADIAN BORDER
  BEYOND 5NM FROM SHORE...
  MARQUETTE TO MUNISING MI...
  MUNISING TO GRAND MARAIS MI...

AT 109 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM
21 NM NORTH OF GRAND ISLAND TO 8 NM NORTH OF ROCK...MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 25 KNOTS.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  SAND RIVER MOUTH AROUND 145 PM EDT.
  SHELTER BAY...AU TRAIN...AU TRAIN ISLAND...LAUGHING WHITEFISH POINT
  AND LAUGHING WHITEFISH RIVER MOUTH AROUND 155 PM EDT.
  CHRISTMAS AROUND 205 PM EDT.
  MUNISING AROUND 210 PM EDT.
  GRAND ISLAND AROUND 215 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
