RIVER VALLEYS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS. SLOW DOWN WHEN YOU ENCOUNTER
FOG AND BE PREPARED FOR QUICK CHANGES IN VISIBILITY...DOWN TO A QUARTER
MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. THE FOG SHOULD DISSIPATE AROUND 9 AM.
