WEDNESDAY AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. A WIND ADVISORY IS
IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 5 PM CDT WEDNESDAY FOR LOCATIONS GENERALLY
ALONG AND SOUTH OF A GRANITE FALLS...TO LE SUEUR...TO OWATONNA
LINE. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY
FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON EAST WEST ORIENTED

* IMPACTS...DRIVING MAY BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY FOR
  HIGH PROFILE AND LIGHT WEIGHT VEHICLES. UNSECURED OUTDOOR ITEMS
