...HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED TO IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN DURING
THE WEDNESDAY MORNING COMMUTE...

.SNOW WILL DEVELOP ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 94 AFTER 4 AM
TONIGHT AND THEN CONTINUE THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF WEDNESDAY
MORNING. SNOW RATES OF AN INCH AN HOUR ARE POSSIBLE BETWEEN 8 AM
AND 11 AM. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL BE FOUND ACROSS TAYLOR COUNTY
AND NORTH OF WISCONSIN 29 IN CLARK COUNTY. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF
2 TO 6 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS THROUGH NOON WEDNESDAY.

A PERIOD OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING
BEFORE COLDER AIR WRAPS BACK IN AND CHANGES IT BACK TO SNOW BY
THURSDAY MORNING. ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED FROM
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. THIS WILL RAISE
SNOW TOTALS INTO THE 3 TO 7 INCH RANGE.

THERE STILL IS SOME UNCERTAINTY ABOUT THE TRACK OF THE SYSTEM AND
HOW WARM TEMPERATURES WILL BE THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. IF THE
SYSTEM TAKES A SLIGHTLY FURTHER TRACK TO THE SOUTH...THEN SNOW
AMOUNTS COULD END UP BEING HIGHER WITH AN UPGRADE TO A WARNING
POSSIBLE.
