THE FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* A PORTION OF NORTHEAST MONTANA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
  AREAS...CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST PHILLIPS...CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN
  VALLEY...DANIELS...NORTHERN PHILLIPS...NORTHERN VALLEY AND
  SOUTHWEST PHILLIPS.

* THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON

* WITH ALREADY WET GROUND FROM YESTERDAY AND A FORECAST OF
  UP TO 2 INCHES OF ADDITION RAINFALL...THE AREA WILL BE
  PRIMED FOR POSSIBLE FLOODING.

* WITH WET GROUND CONDITIONS EXPECTED... THE HIGH WINDS FORECAST
  FOR TODAY COULD CAUSE ISSUES WITH UPROOTING OF TREES.

* WATER RISES ARE ALSO EXPECTED ALONG BEAVER CREEK AND THE MILK
  AND POPLAR RIVERS THIS WEEK DUE TO THE EXCESSIVE RAINFALL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
