.SUBZERO TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH WINDS TO 20 MPH WILL PRODUCE
WIND CHILL VALUES TO 30 BELOW ZERO TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.
SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL BE IMPACTED BY THESE FRIGID WIND CHILLS
INCLUDE BOTTINEAU...RUGBY...HARVEY...CARRINGTON...AND JAMESTOWN.
FROSTBITE TO EXPOSED SKIN CAN OCCUR IN 30 MINUTES OR LESS AT THESE
WIND CHILLS.
