...FREEZING RAIN...SLEET AND SNOW THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT...

.FREEZING RAIN AND SNOW WILL BRING TRAVEL HAZARDS TO WESTERN AND
NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA THANKSGIVING DAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT.
FREEZING RAIN...POSSIBLY BEGINNING AS SNOW...WILL DEVELOP
SOUTHWEST BY SUNRISE THURSDAY AT PLACES LIKE BOWMAN AND HETTINGER.
THE FREEZING RAIN...WILL SPREAD NORTH DURING THANKSGIVING DAY
REACHING LAKE SAKAKAWEA TO THE NORTH AND THE MISSOURI RIVER TO THE
EAST. THIS INCLUDES PLACES LIKE BEACH... DICKINSON...WATFORD
CITY...GLEN ULLEN...ELGIN AND FORT YATES.

TO THE NORTH AND EAST OF THIS AREA...SNOW IS EXPECTED. SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES FROM WILLISTON EAST THROUGH MINOT
AND RUGBY ARE LIKELY BY FRIDAY MORNING.

A FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR SOUTHWEST NORTH
DAKOTA THURSDAY...WITH A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW NORTH
THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND THURSDAY NIGHT.

* MAIN IMPACT...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS UP TO 4 INCHES WILL CAUSE
  REDUCED VISIBILITY AND SLIPPERY ROADS.

SNOW WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED
