NORTHERN LARIMER COUNTY...

AT 101 PM MDT...A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WAS LOCATED 9
MILES EAST OF VIRGINIA DALE...OR 22 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CHEYENNE...AND
IS STATIONARY. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH
FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF NORTHERN
LARIMER COUNTY.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES...BOXELDER CREEK...
SPOTTLEWOOD CREEK...SAND CREEK...RAWHIDE CREEK...DEADMAN CREEK...COAL
CREEK AND SOUTH BRANCH BOXELDER CREEK.

  SOUTHWESTERN LARAMIE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING...

* UNTIL 700 PM MDT

* AT 1247 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL EXCEEDING 2 INCHES HAVE BEEN
  OBSERVED WITH THIS SLOW MOVING STORM.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  CRYSTAL LAKE CAMPGROUND...CRYSTAL LAKE RESERVOIR...GRANITE SPRINGS
  CAMPGROUND AND GRANITE SPRINGS RESERVOIR.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
WARNED AREA.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS

* AT 1138 AM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. 2 TO 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE WARNED
  AREA BASED ON RADAR ESTIMATIONS.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  LITTLE MEDICINE SCHOOL AND SHIRLEY BASIN.
