WATERS. THE GREATEST ACTIVITY WILL OCCUR OVER THE WATERS 20 TO 60
NAUTICAL MILES EAST OF SOUTH PADRE ISLAND. MARINERS CAN EXPECT
PERIODS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL.
