* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 33 will
  result in frost formation. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
  temperatures as low as 25 possible.

* WHERE...Schoharie, Western Albany, Western Greene, Western
  Schenectady, Western Ulster, Montgomery, Northern Fulton, Southern
  Fulton, and Southern Herkimer Counties.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. For
  the Freeze Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing. Frost and cold temperatures could harm sensitive outdoor
  vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left
  uncovered.

  low to mid 30s and winds become lighter. For the Freeze Watch,
  temperatures will fall into the 20s and low 30s Thursday night
  into early Friday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. For
  the Freeze Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
