  TENDER VEGETATION.

A FREEZE WARNING IS ISSUED WHEN FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE
FORECAST TO THREATEN OUTDOOR PLANTS. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED

  OF NEW YORK...AND NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST VERMONT.

* HAZARDS...WIDESPREAD FROST WITH FREEZING TEMPERATURES.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS 25 TO 30.

* TIMING...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BELOW FREEZING A COUPLE OF HOURS
  BEFORE SUNRISE THIS MORNING...AND WARM BACK ABOVE FREEZING
  AFTER 8 AM.

* IMPACTS...SENSITIVE CROPS...PLANTS AND VEGETATION WILL BE
  KILLED IF LEFT UNPROTECTED.
