BE WEST OF A COUDERSPORT...STATE COLLEGE...BEDFORD LINE. THE
COMBINATION OF COLD TEMPERATURES AND THE HEAVY RATE OF SNOW
ACCUMULATION WILL LIKELY RESULT IN POOR TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
PERSONS TRAVELING THIS MORNING SHOULD ALLOW EXTRA TRAVEL TIME
AND USE CAUTION.
