* IMPACTS...DIFFICULT TRAVEL FROM SNOW COVERED ROADS.

* TIMING...THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...NORTH TO NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TIMING...WIDESPREAD SNOW SHOWERS WILL BREAK UP AND DISSIPATE
  OVERNIGHT. ONLY WIDELY SCATTERED LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS OR FLURRIES
  ARE EXPECTED AT SUNRISE OVER MOST OF THE AREA.
