* IMPACTS...DANGEROUS CROSS WINDS ARE POSSIBLE ALONG HIGHWAY 191
  THROUGH HARLOWTON AND JUDITH GAP.

* WIND SPEEDS...35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH POSSIBLE.

WINDS OF THESE MAGNITUDES CAN CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE WITHOUT EXTRA
