MOSCOW TO POTLATCH...TENSED AND LATAH WILL MOVE SLOWLY SOUTHWEST
OFF THE HIGHER TERRAIN AND ONTO THE PALOUSE THROUGH 430 PM. THIS
INCLUDES PULLMAN...COLFAX...UNIONTOWN...STEPTOE AND PLAZA. THE
STRONGEST STORMS WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...BRIEF HEAVY
DOWNPOURS...HAIL SLIGHTLY LARGER THAN PEA SIZE AND WIND GUSTS TO
35 MPH.

OREILLE...STEVENS...AND FERRY COUNTY WILL MOVE SOUTHWEST AND MOVE
ACROSS TOWNS SUCH AS CEDONIA...FRUITLAND...SPRINGDALE...AND
KELLER THROUGH 430 PM. THIS ALSO INCLUDES THE DEVILS ELBOW BURN
SCAR COMPLEX OF 2014 BETWEEN REPUBLIC AND KELLER. BE AWARE THAT
IT MAY ONLY TAKE ABOUT ONE- QUARTER INCH OF RAIN TO BEGIN TO SEE
MINOR DEBRIS FLOWS ON THE BURN SCAR TERRAIN. THE STRONGEST STORMS
WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS...PEAS
SIZE HAIL...AND WIND GUSTS AROUND 35 MPH.
