  WILL BE DIFFICULT DUE TO STRONG CROSSWINDS ON I-90 FROM
  LIVINGSTON TO SPRINGDALE.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE IN STRENGTH THIS EVENING AND BECOME
  VERY STRONG LATE TONIGHT. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED LATE
  TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL DECREASE BY MID
  AFTERNOON SATURDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 65
  MPH ARE EXPECTED.
