  GUST TO 35 KNOTS. SEAS COULD BUILD TO 6-8 FT WITHIN 20 NM OF THE
  COAST.

* IMPACTS...GALE FORCE WINDS AND HIGH SEAS CAN PRODUCE DANGEROUS
  CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY FOR SMALL CRAFT.
