SATELLITE IMAGES AND WEB CAMS INDICATED LINES OF TOWERING CUMULUS
CLOUDS JUST OFF THE BEACHES AND BARRIER ISLANDS OF SOUTHEAST SOUTH
CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA AT SUNRISE. CONDITIONS APPEAR
FAVORABLE FOR WATERSPOUT DEVELOPMENT IN THE NEAR SHORE ATLANTIC
WATERS THROUGH LATE MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF WATERSPOUTS OCCUR...MOVE YOUR BOAT AWAY FROM THE WATERSPOUT.
REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS
AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE ONBOARD.

REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE
REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON.
