SOUTHEAST WINDS TO THE DOWNEAST COAST LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY. THE STRONG WINDS WILL BE OVER THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

* IMPACTS...LOW IMPACT. WINDS WILL CAUSE A FEW TREE LIMBS TO
  SNAP WITH SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES POSSIBLE. EXPECT SOME
  DIFFICULTY DRIVING HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 35 MPH AND...OR
GUSTS TO TO 45 TO 55 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE
