THE FLOOD WATCH IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR

* PORTIONS OF FLORIDA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA...INCLUDING THE
  FOLLOWING AREAS...IN FLORIDA...ALACHUA...BRADFORD...CLAY...
  COASTAL DUVAL...COASTAL NASSAU...INLAND DUVAL...INLAND
  NASSAU...MARION...PUTNAM AND ST. JOHNS. IN SOUTHEAST
  GEORGIA...COASTAL CAMDEN...COASTAL GLYNN...INLAND CAMDEN AND
  INLAND GLYNN.

* FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING

* BANDS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED AHEAD OF AND
  ALONG THE TRACK OF AN APPROACHING TROPICAL SYSTEM. RAINFALL
  AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 5 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA...WITH
  LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.
