CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 8 NM SOUTHEAST OF EDISTO OFFSHORE REEF...MOVING NORTHWEST AT
10 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND...
EDISTO OFFSHORE REEF.
WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 515 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
