* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY
  FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES AND ON ELEVATED SURFACES SUCH AS
  BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. LIGHT WEIGHT OBJECTS SUCH AS TRASH
  CANS AND LAWN FURNITURE WILL ALSO BE BLOWN AROUND.
