AT 153 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 35 KNOTS 13 NM NORTH OF
RIPLEY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 KNOTS.  A THIN LINE OF LAKE EFFECT
STORMS PRECEDES A LARGER AREA OF STORMS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 35 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE WATERSPOUTS WITH LITTLE OR NO
ADVANCE WARNING. SEEK SAFE HARBOR IF A WATERSPOUT IS SPOTTED.
