THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

.SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD ACROSS THE COASTAL
WATERS TONIGHT IN RESPONSE TO AN EARLIER FRONTAL PASSAGE. AS A
RESULT...NORTH TO NORTHEAST WIND WILL INCREASE OVER THE WATERS
TONIGHT. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OVER THE
COASTAL WATERS TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. CONDITIONS WILL
IMPROVE SATURDAY AFTERNOON AS THE SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT
WEAKENS.

  KNOTS WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 25 AND 30 KNOTS. SEAS BUILDING TO 4
  TO 6 FEET OVER THE NEARSHORE COASTAL WATERS AND 5 TO 7 FEET
  OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 7 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS. MARINERS SHOULD PAY CLOSE
