THIS AFTERNOON AND THROUGH THE OFFSHORE WATERS EARLY THIS EVENING.
A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL EXIST BEHIND THE COLD FRONT
TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING AS COLD AIR BUILDS INTO SOUTH TEXAS.
THE WINDS WILL SUBSIDE BY SUNDAY MORNING ALONG THE COAST AND
