...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM EDT FOR CECIL
AND CHESTER COUNTIES...

At 615 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will continue to cause minor flooding in the
advisory area. One to two inches of rain have already fallen in
parts of the two counties.

Some locations that could experience additional flooding include...
West Chester, Elkton, Calvert, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Coatesville,
Westtown, Downingtown, Kennett Square, Oxford, Parkesburg, North
East, West Grove, Rising Sun, Honey Brook, Elverson, Charlestown,
Glen Roy, Blake and West Nottingham.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* At 610 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into the advisory area from the west. This
  will cause minor flooding. Rainfall amounts of one to two inches
  are possible.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Middletown, Centerville, Smyrna, Chestertown, Centreville,
  Clayton, Cheswold, Rock Hall, Church Hill, Cecilton, Millington,
  Sudlersville, Queen Anne, Hartly, Old Town, Starr, Bohemias Mills,
  Morgnec and Delaney Corner.

  Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Wilmington, Vineland, Newark,
  Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Bensalem, Evesham, Mount Laurel,
  Ewing, Norristown, Chester, Willingboro, Deptford, Voorhees,
  Medford, West Deptford and Glassboro.
