* HEAT INDEX VALUES...PEAKING BETWEEN 105 AND 110 DEGREES MONDAY
  AFTERNOON. THE DEW POINTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE LOWER ON SUNDAY
  WHICH WILL RESULT IN THE HEAT INDICES BEING CLOSE TO THE AIR
  TEMPERATURE.

* IMPACTS...THE EXCESSIVE HEAT WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS.
  THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAT RELATED HEALTH ISSUES WILL BE HIGH...
  ESPECIALLY FOR THE ELDERLY AND FOR THOSE ALREADY IN POOR
  HEALTH.
