...AN ENHANCED RISK OF FIRE SPREAD THIS AFTERNOON...

RELATIVE HUMIDITY LEVELS ARE FORECAST TO DROP BETWEEN 25 TO 35
PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON AND WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO GUST AROUND 20
TO 25 MPH AT TIMES. WITH DRY FINE FUELS ACROSS THE AREA THERE IS
AN ELEVATED RISK OF FIRE SPREAD ACROSS DELAWARE AND EASTERN
MARYLAND THIS AFTERNOON.
