THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE ON MONDAY...

A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS
ON MONDAY. STRONG NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE SYSTEM...SETTING THE STAGE FOR POTENTIALLY
SIGNIFICANT WIND GUSTS ON MONDAY AFTERNOON. ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL
IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY. WHILE THE PLACEMENT AND INTENSITY OF SNOW
REMAINS UNCLEAR AT THIS TIME...VISIBILITIES COULD BE SIGNIFICANTLY
REDUCED IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. AS A RESULT...TRAVEL COULD
BECOME HAZARDOUS. THOSE WITH TRAVEL PLANS SHOULD STAY TUNED FOR
LATER STATEMENTS AND POSSIBLE ADVISORIES.

...STRONG WINDS TO BLOW TODAY NEAR CASPER...

HIGH WINDS WILL OCCUR TODAY ACROSS ISOLATED AREAS NEAR CASPER...
INCLUDING HIGHWAY 258 AND OUTER DRIVE. WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH
GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH ARE EXPECTED. THIS WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE AND LIGHT WEIGHT VEHICLES.

THE WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ADVISES NO LIGHT TRAILER
TRAFFIC DUE TO WIND SPEEDS ABOVE 50 MPH.  THESE WINDS MAY CAUSE LOSS
OF VEHICLE CONTROL OR A BLOW OVER TO HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING
EMPTY OR WITH A LIGHT LOAD.  DRIVERS OF SUCH VEHICLES ARE ADVISED TO
DELAY TRAVEL.

REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY AND SPOTTY INCH PER HOUR RATES
UNDERNEATH THESE BANDS. IN ADDITION...WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH
THE AFTERNOON HOURS WITH GUSTS OVER 45 MPH POSSIBLE THROUGH THE
