...WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORMS WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL POSSIBLE
TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

AN APPROACHING STORM SYSTEM WILL COMBINE WITH MONSOON MOISTURE AND
UPSLOPE FLOW TO PRODUCE WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ALONG
AND EAST OF THE LARAMIE RANGE THROUGH MIDWEEK. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN
IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS ACTIVITY...ESPECIALLY FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
MOST NUMEROUS. IN ADDITION...WEAK WINDS ALOFT WILL CAUSE STORMS TO
MOVE SLOWLY WHICH MAY ENHANCE THE POTENTIAL FOR EXCESSIVE RAINFALL
IN SOME AREAS. LOCALIZED FLOODING IS POSSIBLE. PLEASE STAY TUNED
FOR LATER STATEMENTS AND POSSIBLE WATCHES OR WARNINGS CONCERNING
THIS EVENT.
