...The flood warning continues for the following river in Kansas...

  Cow Creek Near Hutchinson affecting Reno and Rice Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around don`t drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Cow Creek Near Hutchinson.
* Until late Thursday night.
* At  7:15 AM Monday the stage was 10.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 10.8 feet by
  early Wednesday morning. The river will fall below flood stage
  Thursday afternoon.
* Impact...At 10.8 feet...The road floods at the intersection of 56th
  Ave and Pennington Rd. Wilson Rd takes on water between 82nd Ave to
  95th Ave.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  The Salt Creek At Barnard.
* Until Tuesday evening.
* At 7:00 AM Monday the stage was 22.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  early Tuesday morning.
* Impact...At 21.0 feet...Flooding of cultivated land can be expected,
  more so on the east bank.
