EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT EST /11 PM CST/
TONIGHT TO 7 AM EST /6 AM CST/ FRIDAY.

* WIND AND WAVES DURING THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY: EXPECT
  SUSTAINED WINDS OF UP TO 29 KNOTS FROM THE WEST...WITH GUSTS
  UP TO 30 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE
  8 FEET WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 11 FEET POSSIBLE.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS ARE EXPECTED AROUND 12 AM EST
  THURSDAY WITH THE LARGEST WAVES EXPECTED AROUND 12 AM EST
  THURSDAY.

THE GALE WARNING IS NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST /11 PM CST/
TONIGHT.

* WIND AND WAVES DURING THE GALE WARNING: EXPECT SUSTAINED WINDS
  OF UP TO 36 KNOTS FROM THE SOUTHWEST...WITH GUSTS UP TO 41
  KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE 13 FEET
  WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 20 FEET POSSIBLE.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS ARE EXPECTED AROUND 11 AM EST
  WEDNESDAY WITH THE LARGEST WAVES EXPECTED AROUND 3 PM EST
  WEDNESDAY.

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
