  JAMES RIVER VALLEY.

* WIND...BE AWARE OF A WIND SHIFT. SOUTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 35 MPH
  IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON...SHIFTING NORTHWEST AT 20 TO 35 MPH BY
  LATE AFTERNOON.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 25 PERCENT WEST OF THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
