SUSTAINED WINDS WILL BE NEAR 30 MPH WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 40 MPH
POSSIBLE. WINDS MAY BLOW FALLING SNOW IN THE EAST BRIEFLY
REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO ONE MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. USE

VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN A QUARTER
MILE AT TIMES. IF TRAVELING TONIGHT...SLOW DOWN...USE EXTRA
CAUTION AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.
