MORNING TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE AND BELOW
ZERO. COLD TEMPERATURES WILL COMBINE WITH WINDS OF 10 TO 15
MPH...RESULTING IN BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILL VALUES THROUGH THE
MORNING HOURS. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL GENERALLY BE BETWEEN 10 TO
20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO...THOUGH MAY DROP AS COLD AT -25 FOR BRIEF
PERIODS. WITH WIND CHILL VALUES THIS LOW...FROST BITE MAY DEVELOP
QUICKLY ON EXPOSED SKIN. IF YOU MUST BE OUTDOORS...BE SURE TO
BUNDLE UP...COVER EXPOSED SKIN...AND DRESS IN LAYERS.
