THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

  NEARSHORE WATERS FROM HARBOR BEACH TO PORT SANILAC MI...
  OPEN WATERS FROM PORT AUSTIN TO PORT SANILAC MI...

AT 955 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8 NM SOUTHWEST
OF HARBOR BEACH TO 16 NM WEST OF PORT SANILAC...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
30 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  WHITE ROCK AROUND 1005 PM EDT.
  HARBOR BEACH AROUND 1010 PM EDT.
  RICHMONDVILLE AROUND 1025 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
