* TIMING...THE TEMPERATURE IS EXPECTED TO FALL BELOW THE
  FREEZING MARK LATE FRIDAY NIGHT.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS IN THE LOW 20S TO AROUND 30 DEGREES ARE
  FORECAST.

* IMPACTS...SENSITIVE PLANTS AND TREES MAY BE DAMAGED OR KILLED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE
