MORNING. SOME OF THE FOG MAY BE DENSE WITH VISIBILITIES DROPPING
TO LESS THAN 1/4 MILE. DRIVERS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY
CHANGING VISIBILITIES WHILE TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING. THE FOG
IS EXPECTED TO DISSIPATE BY 9 AM.
